Pricing:

Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices for shipping and taxes displayed are estimates only. By placing an order, you are authorizing Bosom Buddies to charge your credit card the amount shown on the total page, plus or minus 10% adjustment for actual shipping and taxes. You agree to accept and pay for products purchased.

Prices displayed on this website are for purchases made through the site only. Prices and product selection for in-store or telephone purchases may differ. This is due to a difference in the cost of doing business online.

Shipping:

We cannot guarantee when your package will be shipped. If it will be longer than 3 business days, you will be notified via e-mail.

For all orders over $300, an additional $.35 per $100 (with a minimum of $1.20) may be added to your order before it is shipped to cover insurance.

Fees for address corrections will be charged to your if assessed by UPS. Please be sure shipping address is entered accurately.

Returns:

Please read our complete return policy. Clearance, "While they last," special order, hospital grade breast pumps, scales, and some other products are not returnable for any reason. Once your order is placed, your card will be charged in full for these items.

Returns are not accepted without prior approval by obtaining an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and returning the items in acceptable condition. You can get an RMA by e-mailing us your name, order number, item you would like to return and reason for return.

You agree to accept and pay for all products purchased. If delivery is refused, you will still be responsible for paying shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee. Items listed above as non-returnable will not be credited.

You are also agreeing that you have read and agree to our return and shipping policies. While we try to assure all information on this site is accurate, prices, policies and products are subject to change without notice.

Communication:

Bosom Buddies will communicate with you via e-mail or phone regarding your order. We will treat all information as confidential. Complete information, including e-mail, phone number, shipping and billing address must be provided before an order can be shipped.
