The manufacturer recommends ordering by PRE-PREGNANCY sizing as follows:

• Small/Medium: dress size 6-12, waist size 23"-27"
• Large/X-Large: dress size 14-20, hips 28-34"

Because of the very stretchy material, these belts run large. Moms wearing size 14 may be more comfortable in the small/medium size, especially if you are looking for more firm support.
